Neil
Owner, Storyteller and island convert
Neil’s journey to Magnetic Island took him through over 30 countries before he finally found his way back to “Maggie.” What started as a backpacker visit in 2004 turned into a lifelong connection—and now, a business built around sharing the island with others.
With a background in guiding and training, Neil brings a relaxed, engaging style to every tour, blending local knowledge with stories that make the island come alive.

Koala Expert, Netflix Dad & Local Legend
You might recognise Tim as “Izzy’s Dad” from Netflix’s Izzy’s Koala World, but on Magnetic Island he’s known for something even more valuable his deep knowledge of lthe island and ocal wildlife.
A lifelong local, Tim has spent years working with koalas and protecting their habitat. On tour, he shares that knowledge with humour, insight, and a genuine passion for conservation.
